We have a small but growing registered mini nubian herd. We have been into goats for a while. We had nigerian dwarf goats and were not satisfied. It’s so sad because we loved them so much and they were so cute! We spent many hours improving our nigerian herd because we were told they produced amazing. While their form was great, their production just was not what we were expecting. For the show ring they are outstanding, but not for a family that drinks a lot of milk. We have finally made the switch and really enjoy the mini nubians. We have been so happy with the results. While no goat is perfect, we have some great producing lines to work with. Our goal is to improve our goats not only in their production, but also in their udder attachments and body conformation. We want our future goats to look good and produce well at the same time. We believe their body structure and well attached udder is important not only for looks but for the longevity of the animal. We test our animals annually for CAE, CL, Johnes. We hope you enjoy!
